Dainom Nigeria limited is registered in Nigeria and operates within the confines of the territory.

The company is structured into 3 divisions each staffed to complement its functions. These are;

The business services division deals with all issues related to contracts. This will include order processing, business development including research and plan writing to execution. The division also handles all issues to do with consultancy services. The consultancy is affiliated to a UK based consultancy firm AMZ Consultancy Limited, which specialises in helping individuals and organisations to maximize their efficiency, by opening doors and building bridges btw surplus and deficit units in the business envirnment.

The division has been involved in this aspect of its operation from inception seeing through the supply of vehicles, office and household furniture, various machinery & equipments to individuals and organisations in its 17 year history. It has also carried consultacy services in the fields of business management, media and environmental engineering.

The Energy division is sub-divided into Oil & Gas, power and environment.
The division started operation in 1993 in a project to buy back Old turbines belonging to the then National Electric Power Authority (NEPA). The company’s agents were also part of the project management team in the set up of mobile gas refilling plants and consulted for international investors for the procurement of Oil prospecting licences (OPL) in the mid 90s.

The division is involved in putting up machinery for the possible take over of the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) under the privatisation programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria, and handles the trading and sale of 30,000bpd of Nigeria’s crude in the international market.

The division handles all issues from business development to setting up foreign alliances in that sector. These will include but not limited to developing a business plan, working out modalities of relationships and achieving desired objectives, establishing strategic direction for the division and project execution.

The environmental department carries out all aspects of environmental engineering related to the core business of the company. This dpartment also works in meeting the new world order and keep to the terms of responsible business practices, by examining the various ways the business processes affect the environment in which it is carried out. It also articulates ways of giving back to society through charitable donations or investment in developmental projects.

The Investment division is sub-divided into Property and Financial investment.

The property department acquires buildings in choice areas of major cities across the country for rental purposes or onward sale. The department also deals in both local and foreign property investment ranging from buy to let to construction and sales.

The Financial Investment sub-division covers areas of both local and foreign investment on behalf of the parent company respectively. The division had in the past carried out financial investment transactions in foreign financial institutions through some of its assigns and is a participant in the stock market. It also finances projects on a profit sharing arrangement on behalf of the company.
